Consulting for the digital launch of products and services

You don’t have to prepare your next launch on your own.

I’m Margherita, a sales and marketing consultant. I won’t send you a template to follow — I build the launch with you, from working out the offer to selling it. I work on a success fee: if you don’t sell, I don’t earn either.

A 3-month program. I’m with you step by step, from looking at your product to reading the numbers at the end.

If you have any questions, write to me directly at info@margheritabarbieri.net

The price of doing it all alone

You work all day.
And still you’ve become the brake on your own business.

You’re good at what you do. But the way you work today costs you three things: your freedom, your peace of mind, your growth.

Sound familiar?

  1. You decide everything alone

    You’re on your own

    “If I stop, everything stops.”

You create the product, you look after the clients, and then you sell as well. You make every decision alone, with nobody to think it through with. And if you fall ill or take a vacation, the income stops with you. You went out on your own to be free. The price you pay is your freedom.

  2. One month full, the next one empty

    You’re chasing the next sale

“This month was great. Next month, who knows.”

Sales come in waves, and you don’t know why a good month was good. So you can’t plan: you don’t invest, you don’t turn down the wrong client, you put the vacation off. The price you pay is your peace of mind. And for fear of the empty month, you accept prices that don’t pay you back.

  3. You give a great deal, you get little

    Your prices are too low

“I can’t ask for more. Not yet.”

You love what you do: every client gets the most you have, and then some. But raising your price feels like a risk, so you give even more instead. You earn only for the hours you work, and hours run out. What you know is worth far more. The price you pay is your growth.

There is another way

You don’t have to do it all on your own any more.

This is «Lancio in due» (a launch for two): 3 months in which I work alongside you on the digital launch of your product or service, from the first look at it to the sale.

Launching means bringing more clients to the product or service you already have, or putting a new one out at the price it deserves. More clients give you calm, the right price lets you grow. And with an expert beside you, you get back the time to breathe.

That’s why I don’t hand you a plan and disappear. We make the decisions together and we break the work into small steps, so you always know which stage you’re in and what comes next. You breathe, and the launch moves forward.

And we take the risk together: if you don’t sell, I don’t earn either.

About me

Margherita Barbieri

In 2020 I failed. I closed the company I had and started again from nothing. It’s the lesson that cost me the most, and it’s the one I use every day.

Since then I’ve brought together two worlds that don’t usually meet: sales and marketing, and the spiritual practice that led me to teach yoga.

That balance is what lets me hold the most frantic days of a launch, and it’s how I guide professionals and teams through the big decisions about growing their business.

«Lancio in due» is the program for anyone ready to launch their product or service online.

“Growing doesn’t mean doing more.
It means no longer doing it all on your own.”
— Margherita Barbieri

What changes

The first step toward what you’re owed.

Precisely because you’re good, with someone beside you you can go further.

  • Today: You’re on your own.

You work all the time, and if you stop, everything stops.

With me beside you: You’re not on your own any more.

The weight isn’t all on your shoulders: we make the decisions together.

  • Today: You’re chasing the next sale.

One month full, the next one empty.

With me beside you: You know where your clients come from.

They arrive more steadily, and you can make plans again.

  • Today: Your prices are too low.

You give a great deal and ask for little.

With me beside you: You charge what you’re worth.

You earn for what you know, not only for the hours you work.

Case studies

Promises? No — results.

  • 01

Not one enquiry lost along the way

Enquiries were coming in and getting lost along the way. I rebuilt the follow-up from scratch, and in six months we handled more than 1,100 of them. Simply by sorting out what happens after first contact, conversion rose by 12%.

65% of enquiries turned into a booking.

  • 02

Sold out on almost no budget

A yoga retreat to fill, with a marketing budget close to zero. We went to the contacts already in the house, with the right offer at the right moment and a sales process that held together.

Every place sold, with almost nothing spent.

    More clients who come back

The CRM was unusable and every new hire took weeks to get going. I rebuilt it from scratch and trained the team, with 30 hours of live training and 20 video tutorials, plus 1:1 coaching for the salespeople.

+20% five-star reviews and +10% returning clients, in six months.

What you don’t need

Why me, and not the others.

One teaches you, one invoices you, one costs you every month. What I do is something else.

  • An agency invoice for a flat €5,000, stamped «Unpaid», with the note «Sales result: not included».

    01

You don’t need a launch agency

An agency costs thousands before you’ve sold a thing, and the invoice arrives either way. What you need is someone who builds the launch with you, stays until the selling is done, and earns only if it works.

  • A chart of income rising and falling month by month against a flat salary line, next to a sheet reading «Payslip, every month».

    02

You don’t need to hire anyone

An employee is a fixed cost every month, for good: you pay it long after the launch is over. To launch, an expert beside you for three months is enough — on a success fee.

  • An online course open at 11:40 pm, module 4, video 12 of 87, with a note reading «Tomorrow: clients, content, deliveries… and then module 5».

    03

You don’t need a video course

A course gives you more videos to watch, and time is what you don’t have. You don’t need to learn to do it all yourself: you need someone to do it with you.

Ask yourself this

Three months from now, do you want to be in the same place?

Days that are full, months that come in waves, prices that don’t pay you back.

Or with an offer that’s worth what you ask for it, clients arriving more steadily, and time to stop without everything stopping with you.

The three months pass either way. The difference is how you use them.

If you want them to be different, «Lancio in due» is for you.

The program

Where we start, and where we get to.

«Lancio in due»: a video call with Margherita, the six-stage launch plan and the offer packaged up
  1. Looking at the product

We start from what you already sell: we go through the product, the clients and the numbers together, and find where you’re leaving sales behind.

  2. Building the offer

We give your offer its shape: what you promise, what it costs, what’s included and what isn’t. The right price comes from here, not from a hunch.

  3. The shape of the launch

We turn the launch into a calendar of small steps. That way you always know what to do today, instead of facing one huge thing.

  4. Tools and materials

We look at what you have and what’s really missing: the page, the emails, the automations, the content. We make the most of what’s there and build only the rest, together.

  5. The selling

On the selling days I’m there: calls, messages, objections, the rhythm of each day. If the project calls for it I sell too, and we decide that together. If something isn’t working, we fix it on the spot.

  6. Looking at the numbers

At the end we go through the numbers together: what worked and what didn’t. You keep the offer, the materials and a plan for doing it all again without me.

Who it’s for

Do you recognize yourself below?

It’s not for you if…

  • The product isn’t ready and you don’t have an audience yet.
  • You’re looking for a shortcut, not a different way of working.
  • You want to hand it all over: here we build the launch between the two of us.
  • You haven’t made a single sale yet — that’s where to start.
  • You can’t give it at least two hours a week, for three months.

It’s for you if…

  • Your product sells, but every month you start from scratch.
  • You do everything yourself, with nobody to really decide things with.
  • You give far more than you ask for, and the price doesn’t hold.
  • You have something ready, and you don’t want to burn it in a rush.
  • You’ve launched once already, and it was chaos.
  • You’re ready to put in time and thought for three months.

I take on only 3 people at a time, so that each one gets my best work.

You tell me briefly what you do, and what you’d like to launch.

  2. Step 02

  3. Step 03

    We begin

If we’re on the same page, we start.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers.

How does the success fee work?

The principle is simple: I earn if you earn. If the launch doesn’t sell, you don’t pay me as though it had.

How is your fee worked out?

It’s a percentage of what the launch takes, paid when the launch is over. At the start there’s a cost to open the work, which comes off that percentage: if the launch doesn’t take enough, I give it back to you. It’s there to keep the project a priority for both of us. Figures, dates and the refund are in the contract, in writing, before we start.

How long does the program last?

Three months, from the first look at the product to the numbers at the end.

What do I need to have ready to apply?

A product or service that’s ready, or nearly, and an online presence that’s been going for a while and works: you post regularly, and there are people who follow you and buy from you. Without that, this isn’t the moment for us to work together.

How much of my own time does it take?

Less than doing it all yourself would cost you. But it does take time: I need to know your product, your audience and your numbers, and only you know those. What matters most is that talking to each other is quick and easy.

Do I need a budget for advertising?

An advertising budget is worth planning for, separately from my fee. Even so, you can start small, using what you already have first: your contacts, your audience, your past clients.

Do you only handle strategy, or do you sell too?

Both. I build the shape of the launch and then I’m with you through the selling. If the project calls for it I sell as well, and we decide that together. Being there while it’s happening is what lets me understand why, if something isn’t working.

Do you run the launch for me?

No, we do it between the two of us. We decide the offer, the price and the plan together, and during the launch I’m there: calls, messages, objections.

Do you guarantee the results of the launch?

No — and be wary of anyone who promises you that. What I can do is tie my fee to your result: if you don’t sell, I lose out too.

What if you’re fully booked?

I take on three people at a time. If I’m full when you write, you go on the waiting list and I’ll get in touch as soon as a place opens up.

How do I apply?

You fill in the application, here on this page. If I think your launch is a project for me, I’ll write to you and we’ll set up a video call to meet each other.

What language do you work in, and where?

I work remotely, in Italian, Spanish and English. Wherever you are, we meet on a video call.

You already do it all. The launch, let’s do it together.

Apply, and tell me why your launch is the one worth betting on.
